Please note that the Terms and Conditions for Chan Kee Dim Sum e-Shop (the“Terms and Conditions”) apply solely to purchases within https://eshop.ckfoods.com.hk and have no legal effect in sales transactions via other channels including our physical point of purchase within and outside Hong Kong, except as expressly stated otherwise here in. If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Termsand Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

For the purpose of using online shopping services provided by Chan Kee Dim Sum Foods Limited referred to collectively as“Chan Kee Dim Sum”, “we”, “our” or “us”) for purchasing products under Chan Kee Dim Sum (the brand name referred below as “Chan Kee Dum Sum”) on https://eshop.ckfoods.com.hk (the“Site”), you will need to register an account. In doing so and in your access and use of the Site, you agree to (where necessary) provide us with accurate, updated, and complete information of yourself in all respects for such purpose. By registering the online account, you fully agree to the Terms and Conditions here in after. You further consent to the Privacy Policy for the Site how we collect, use and disclose your personal data. Chan Kee Dim Sum is committed to complying with the requirements under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong.

Once you have successfully created an online account and automatically will be come a member of the Site. You can start making purchases on the Site.
For our subsisting member, please make sure your provided personal information registered in the Site is perfectly true and accurate. You can enjoy currente-Shop discount and promotional offers from the online purchase. As a reminder,unless specified, all purchase offers and services are not applicable in this online purchase.
Availability of Content
Chan Kee Dim Sum reserves the right to amend or withdraw any content on the Site at any time without any notice. Chan Kee Dim Sum shall not be liable for any breakdown or temporary unavailability of the Site at any time and for any period for whatsoever reason(s).

Pricing
Prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) only.
The prices of the products will be as stipulated in the Site except in the case of obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, errors may occur and we reserve our rightto rectify them. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the optionof confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be deemed cancelled.
For the avoidance of doubt, Chan Kee Dim Sum reserves the right to adjust its prices on the Site from time to time without any prior notice to you.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Back Ordered Items
If your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone, please contact us at 2662 0622 during service hour (Monday to Friday 9am-6pm excluding any public holidays).
Order Delivery
Order sare shipped to areas within Hong Kong only. At the moment, we are unable to accept orders to be shipped to addresses outside Hong Kong.
We will try our most commercially reasonable effort to meet the estimated processing time as above but we cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met and we shall not be liable for any delay.
Maximum Purchase Policy
Our policy stipulates that the quantity of any single product item depends on thestock inventory level, the order may be cancelled if ordered quantity exceeded.

Vents Outside of our control
Chan Kee Dim Sum shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Suchan event includes any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
- Strikes,lock-outs or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether war declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire,explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
- Delay caused by any third party in the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport.
- Delay or any disruption of services due to the use of public or private telecommunication networks.
- Theacts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the above mentioned event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

The Terms and Conditions shall be read together with the Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to read, understand and comply with the Terms and Conditions during your access and use of the Site. Limitation of Liability
Chan Kee Dim Sum warrants that any product(s) purchased from us through the Site is of satisfactory quality.
