ChanKee Dim Sum is a leading major chilled and frozen food manufacturer andsupplier in Hong Kong. We committed to promote Hong Kong's food culture as wellas providing high-quality, safe and healthy food. 


Our business has diverse capabilities with retail and wholesale supply, corporate sales and OEM services.


In the early 1900s, our two founders (two brothers) sold authentic Hong Kong street-food by using their own a homemade wooden-cart.

Chan Kee Dim Sum was founded in 1995 withtheir understanding of food market and emphasis on food quality and safety.

Over the years, it has developed from homemade Fish Shao Mai, Chiu Chow Dumpling and Beef Ball diversify to various kinds of food production. We adhere to produce fresh food every day.

Food Management and Quality Assurance

Toensure food safety, quality and freshness, our procurement team selects high-quality ingredients from all over the world with heart, some of the ingredients are purchased directly from farms and fish markets and they have. Food Ingredients have recognized health certificates and origin certificates.


Our quality control team strictly monitors the production process and procedures toensure food quality, safety and hygiene. Our production workspace is in clean room design, equipped with large-scale production lines and advanced refrigeration equipment.
